Hello, I’m Sara.

I live in Kanazawa, Ishikawa, a beautiful city in Japan where centuries-old traditions and the changing seasons are deeply woven into everyday life.

Since childhood, I have lived with a unique sensitivity—an inner knowing that has often been difficult to explain with words. To be honest, life on Earth has not always felt easy for me.

Through those challenges, I was never truly alone. What continually gave me strength and helped me move forward was the guidance I felt from the universe, along with the loving support of a greater, unseen presence. Their presence has always been a quiet yet unwavering compass in my life.

At the heart of my journey is a simple intention: to live authentically and resonate in harmony with the world around me.

I look forward to the day when our paths cross and we can connect within the beautiful flow of this vast universe.

As a Care Professional and Healer

My background as a nurse, working for many years in clinical settings, has become a foundational part of my current work. Supporting people through both physical and emotional challenges in healthcare has given me deep observational skills, insight, and compassion.

By integrating this medical experience with the wisdom of energy work, I support you in reconnecting with your own inner rhythm and natural balance.

My journey began in 2004 when I first encountered Reiki. Since then, I have continued exploring energy healing, and from 2015, I deepened my practice of ELM meditation. These experiences, combined with the quiet environment of Kanazawa, have helped me develop a unique perspective.

What I Offer: Dialogue and Attunement

My sessions go beyond healing alone. Each one begins with a private, in-depth conversation where I take time to truly listen to you. By putting your thoughts and feelings into words and bringing clarity to what has been held inside, we create the conditions for energy to flow more freely.

I also offer Reiki attunements, supporting you in reconnecting with your authentic self and maintaining harmony in everyday life. Beyond learning techniques, my intention is for Reiki to become a lifelong companion on your personal journey.

A New Beginning in 2026

In 2026, I will open a new chapter by formally offering my work to clients worldwide. Building on all my past experiences and the gifts I have received along the way, I will launch a “Reborn Program” that transcends borders—supporting individuals in returning to their true selves.
